Filling the two wheels

Eight cards sit above and below the wheels, and any of them can be played. Put a card on the matching wheel, or park it on the open pile in the right hand circle. When you need fresh cards, draw from the face down pile in the left hand circle. You get to go through that pile a second time once, so use the redeal wisely.
