Description
Instructions: Use your mouse to play this game.
Spider Solitaire Time is Spider played against a clock. The rules of the card game stay the same, but every level has a time limit, which turns a calm patience game into something a little more tense. For untimed games, see Solitaire.
The first level uses only one suit and gives you ten minutes. Harder levels follow, and they come with more time to make up for the extra difficulty. The clock ticks the same on a phone.
Racing the Spider clock
Your target is a complete descending sequence in each suit, top card King, bottom card Ace, and every finished sequence is lifted away. Cards may rest on the rank directly above them, though moving a stack needs matching suits all the way down. Clear the table before the timer reaches zero. The one suit level is the place to get used to the pace.
Beating the timer
- Do not rush the first moves, a good opening saves time later.
- Watch the timer, but play steadily rather than in a panic.
- Practice on the one suit level before trying the harder ones.
