Tower Defense: Fish Attack brings the tower defense idea underwater. Armies of sea creatures follow a fixed route, and every one that makes it to the end takes away some of your health. Your job is to halt the swarm before it gets there. It sits with our tower defense games.
The fixed path is what makes the genre fun, since you know where the enemies will go and have to plan around it. Build with mouse clicks at a desk, or with taps on a phone.
Holding the path
The creatures always march along the same predetermined path. Following the usual tower defense logic, you build your defenses along that route, where they can hit the creatures swimming by. Each creature that reaches the end costs you health points, so keep them from getting through. Everything is done with the mouse or by tapping.
Defending the reef
- Corners of the route are good spots, the fish take longer to swim around them.
- Leave some firepower near the final stretch to catch anything that survives the early defenses.
- Upgrade or buy equipment little by little rather than hoarding cash.
