Number Mahjong keeps the rules of mahjong solitaire but puts numbers on the tiles instead of the traditional symbols, which makes pairs much quicker to spot for anyone new to the game. There are 100 layouts to clear, and each one is its own level. It belongs to our Mahjong Games collection.

Matching number tiles
Click two free tiles with the same number to remove them. A tile is free when nothing lies on top of it and at least one of its long sides, left or right, is open. Clear every tile from the layout to complete the level, then move on to the next one.
Clearing layouts
- Work on the tallest stacks early, they block the most tiles.
- If all four copies of a number are free, clear them together.
- Before taking a pair, check whether its partners are buried under the same stack.
