Fruit Flip Mahjongg adds one extra step to mahjong solitaire. The fruit tiles have to be turned over before they can leave the board, so every pair you find gets used twice, once to flip and once to remove.

That small change makes you plan further ahead than in a normal layout, since flipping a pair does not clear any space yet. It is a fresh variation within our Mahjong Games, and fruit boards work fine with a fingertip.

Flip first, then remove

Pair up two identical free tiles and they turn over. Once turned, combine them again to take them away. A tile counts as free with nothing stacked on it and at least one open side, left or right. Keep flipping and removing until the board is empty.

Flip pairs that sit on top of stacks early, since removing them later opens the most.
